Tecfricano’s services and the its process steps as outlined are needed to select qualified candidates.
Clients must go through the steps progressively as outlined by us, the steps and the order can be changed and altered if necessary in line with our Terms & Conditions.

Customer Responsibilities
When a client engages Tecfricano by purchasing one of our products, you become a customer bound by our terms, and:
• Submit a professional bio (Resume/Work Experience/References/Copies of Certificates/Verifiable Employers).
• Submit all data and essential documentation; for example, copies of ID proof, filled forms, original document when required, and whatever other records which are asked for, in a convenient design.
• Must not tamper, falsely alter or misrepresent candidature; this is grounds to discontinue our service to the client.
• Respond to all correspondence in a timely manner.
• Respond to all phone calls in a timely manner. • Inform Tecfricano of any update that may affect advisory services.
• Being honest and upfront regarding your candidature application.
• Accepting that any falsehoods negates any service been provided by Tecfricano to the candidate. Any liability as a result of false information provided by candidate will be borne by the candidate and not Tecfricano.

REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM
Tecfricano reserves the right to change the qualification criteria of how many IT professionals are to be vetted to get a payout.
A fully vetted IT professional is a person whose payment is processed and we have rendered our service, only after these conditions can someone be eligible for consideration.
Should for any reason the referral program bonus is not paid out on time for a variety of reasons Tecfricano bears no liability.

PROCESSING FEES
In addition to the prices of the services rendered, Tecfricano charges a $2.00USD per transaction fee per service purchased.
This fee is charged by our fee processing partners which is passed onto our clients.
